Richard Keas, Jr., President
Richard established Cal Coating in 1988 as a Sole Proprietor. In 2003, Cal Coating Asphalt, Inc. was established and continues to operate as a California Corporation today. Richard holds two California Contractor’s Licenses: A and C-32. Richard is our in-house estimator and can devise a solution to any project.

Stacy Oliveira, Office Administrator
Stacy is a 2004 graduate of California State University, Stanislaus. Stacy began as an Administrative Assistant in 2004 and was promoted to Office Administrator in 2006. Stacy oversees all of the internal functions and customer relations of Cal Coating Asphalt, Inc.

Kiley Keas, Administrative Assistant
Kiley is a 2010 graduate of Turlock Christian High School. In addition to administrative support, Kiley is the receptionist at Cal Coating Asphalt, Inc.
