Licensed Dump Truck Operators
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Must be able to efficiently and safely operate 10 wheel dump truck
Ability to haul a trailer behind a dump truck.
Safely operate and maneuver CDL Class A dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites. Familiarity with local aggregate plants is a must.
Load, unload, and secure materials onto the truck bed efficiently and safely.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
Maintain proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment.
Follow direction of the Superintendent with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A driver's license with a clean driving record.
3 plus years experience.
Considerable skill in manipulating the equipment and constant attention to safety of operation, in order to prevent accidents.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Sit/Walk/Stand for long periods of time.
Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements.
Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime when needed.
Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
